Darold Keith Glacken

Darold Keith Glacken, 48, died November 26, 2016 in his Pike Township residence.

He was the husband of Crystal Chanelle (Conrad) Glacken whom he married September 11, 2004.

Born January 2, 1968 in Norristown, Montgomery County, he was a son of John E. and Charlotte (Sullivan) Glacken of Birdsboro.

Darold was employed as a laborer with Dyers Quarry, Gibraltar.

He was an avid hunter and loved buying and selling collectibles and antiques.  His motto was, “Another person’s trash was his treasure.”

Darold enjoyed fishing and fourwheeling with his son Wyatt.

Also surviving is his son, Wyatt Conrad Glacken (9), Temple.

Other survivors include his brother, John Glacken, Jr. of Mohnton and his sister, Michelle, wife of Tom Shustack of Birdsboro.

Darold was predeceased by a sister, Helen Glacken, who died at the age of 3.

Services will be Thursday evening at 7 p.m., with a viewing beginning at 5 p.m. in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
