Isai Alberto Colon

Isai Alberto Colón, 17, of Reading, died October 31, 2017 in Reading.

Born July 20, 2000 in Reading, he was a son of Miosoti Bonilla of Reading and Alberto Colón of Florida.

Isai was a tenth grader at Reading High School and had a passion for drawing.

He is survived by three siblings: Jesus Colón of North Carolina, Linda Colón of Reading and Anieli Colón of New Jersey.

Also surviving are his maternal grandparents: Elizabeth Alicia of Reading and Angel, husband of Olga Bonilla of Reading and his paternal grandmother, Ana Colón of Florida.

Other survivors include his uncles, Jeremy Bonilla, Gilberto Bonilla and Eric Bonilla, all of Reading.

Isai and his girlfriend, Azelea Serrano, of Muhlenberg Township, were expecting their first daughter next month.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Amador Colón.

Services will be Monday at 12 p.m. in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.  A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
