Nancy (Rothenberger) Ketterer

Nancy Lee (Rothenberger) Ketterer, 74, of Exeter Township, died July 18, 2017 at Berkshire Center, Exeter Township.

She was the widow of Donald Paul Ketterer who died in 2009, after almost 50 years of marriage.

Born March 17, 1943 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Francis W. and Elizabeth L. (Phillips) Rothenberger.

Nancy was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

She was employed as a server at Wegman’s Restaurant, Muhlenberg Township for over 10 years.

Nancy was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

She enjoyed bingo, playing cards and going to the shore with her friends.

Surviving are her two daughters: Nadine M., wife of Terry L. Hohl of Exeter Township and Kelly L., wife of Jeffrey A. Byler of Bethel.

Also surviving is her brother, David B., husband of Roseann Rothenberger of Fleetwood.

There are also six grandchildren: Andrea, wife of Jason Bashore; Amanda, wife of Dominic Cipolla; Michelle Meck; Joshua, husband of Janelle Wentzel; Jared, husband of Molly Byler and Jenna, wife of David Bangs and five great grandchildren: Donovan, Brianna, Bryce, Marley and Lucas.

Nancy was predeceased by her grandson, Michael C. Meck, Jr.

A viewing will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family requests that no flowers be sent.
