Reinaldo "Ricky" Gonzalez

Reinaldo “Ricky” Gonzalez, Sr., died March 8, 2018 in his Reading residence.

Born January 12, 1965 in Jersey City, New Jersey, he was a son of Carmen C. (Andujar) Gonzalez of Muhlenberg Township and the late Miguel A. Gonzalez Sr.

He was a graduate of Hoboken High School.

Ricky worked as an auto body technician for a number of years.

He is also survived by two children: Reinaldo Gonzalez, Jr of Reading and Yvette Gonzalez of Laureldale.

Other survivors include 10 siblings: Miriam Y. (Gonzalez), wife of Felix Torres of Laureldale; Sylvia C. (Gonzalez) Kliebphipat of Reading; Evelyn Gonzalez of Muhlenberg Township; Yvonne (Gonzalez), wife of Michael Dinatale of Laureldale; Maritza (Gonzalez) Andujar of Muhlenberg Township; Miguel A. Gonzalez Jr of Muhlenberg Township; Anibal, husband of Debbie Gonzalez of Fort Myers, Florida; William, husband of Jennifer Gonzalez of Caldwell, New Jersey; John, husband of Shelley Gonzalez of Austin, Texas and Henry, husband of Alicia Santana of Dudley, North Carolina.

He was the loving grandfather to three grandchildren: Javon N. Carter, Jonathan D. Carter and Celenia K. Velazquez.

Ricky was predeceased by a sister, Isabel “Peaches” Gonzalez, who died September 30, 2006.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery.
