Bob was a true Renaissance man who could and would converse on any topic with a great deal of knowledge. He was a fascinating personality with a heart of gold. He made the best Manhattans and made everyone feel welcome and cheerful in his home. Going to Bob and Bab's home was like walking into another realm, very outdoorsy, lots of hobbies going on, family activities, friends dropping in, and lots of warmth for everyone there. He was a very kind and humble man and will be remembered in the hearts of those who knew him.

Bob, thanks for all the times we were sailing. You along with Dick and Tom made one hell of a team on the bay. And thanks for making me an appreciated fourth crewmen whenever I sailed with you.

Kelly, I know you all had such a good time together, and Bob's many sailing friends will really miss him. Dennis sent me a few pictures of sailing days, and you were in them. Thank you for your note. -- Babs

Frantz Family, I had great pleasure working with Bob at Western Electric. I always enjoyed talking to him and seeing him. He was such a neat guy. Always up beat and easy going. I haven't seen Bob in a long time and his picture looks the same as he did when he worked. I'm sorry for your loss and I hope he rest in peace for all eternity.
