Barbara Klein Obituary
Barbara Alice Klein, 83, of Reading, Pa passed away on Tuesday September 11, 2018 at the Mifflin Center, Shillington, Pa.
Born on June 26, 1935 in Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late William Francis and Beulah Irene Dunleavy. She was pre-deceased by her husband John Frederick Klein in 2016.
Barbara was a graduate of Pottsville Hospital School of Nursing, working in labor and delivery in the earlier part of her life.
She is survived by her children, Jacqueline Lynne Snook and Michael Frederick Klein, a grandson Shane Jarrett Snook, three granddaughters and three great grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister Rose Ann Engle and brothers, Carl Francis and Daniel William Dunleavy.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the healthcare workers of Tower Health, the Mifflin Center and to Compassus Hospice.
