Clarence Jacob Hall, 80, of Muhlenberg Township, died January 30, 2019 at Reading Hospital & Medical Center.
He was the husband of Kathleen Marie (Weidner) Hall who died September 5, 2008.
Born July 6, 1938 in Reading, he was a son of the late Clarence Jacob and Margaret Gertrude (Vogt) Hall.
Clarence was employed as a quality engineer with Western Electric for 42 years, retiring as a supervisor in 2000.
He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Hyde Park.
A lover of all sports, Clarence was a fan of Reading Basketball teams, the Phillies and the Eagles.
Surviving are his four children: Debra Constable of Dawsonville, GA; Diane, widow of Randy Schlear of Dagsboro, DE; Donna, wife of Billy VanKirk of Alsace Township and Steven C., husband of Theresa M. Hall of The Woodlands, TX.
Other survivors include his companion, Jane Weir of Blandon; his sister, Phyllis Hall of Wyomissing and his brother, Robert Hall of Exeter.
There are also nine grandchildren: Jessica Wells, Krystle Holgate, Becky Mills, Sarah Egan, Brett VanKirk (serving in the U. S. Air Force), Mary VanKirk, and Samantha, Emily and Kolbi Hall; and eight great grandchildren.
Clarence was preceded in death by his three siblings: Margaret Surgeoner, his twin sister, Joyce Faust and Judith Ruth.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, February 5th at 11 a.m. at Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.
