Elizabeth Mary (Pellicciotta) DeCamillo

Elizabeth Mary (Pellicciotta) DeCamillo, 98, of Reading, died March 28, 2018 at Berks Heim.

She was the widow of Santo J. DeCamillo, with whom she shared over 60 years of marriage.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Canzanella (DeRitis) Pellicciotta.

Elizabeth attended Reading High School.

She was the owner and operator of a ladies clothing shop, Marybette Shop in Reading for10 years.  Subsequently, she was employed as a seamstress, making sample dresses at Cousins in Reading for over 20 years. 

Elizabeth was an active bowler and loved sewing.

Surviving is her son, Samuel A., husband of Patricia A. (Zimmerman) DeCamillo of Ivyland, PA; her two grandsons, Stephen C., husband of Alexandra DeCamillo of Morrisville, PA and Vincent S., husband of Aimee DeCamillo of Glenelg, MD; and her six grandchildren: Nicholas, Aidan, Claire, Anthony, Christopher and Matthew.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her four brothers and four sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605.  A viewing will be held from 9-10 at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.  Entombment will be in the chapel.
