Joseph Thomas Pasko

Joseph Thomas Pasko, 95, of Laureldale, died July 16, 2018 in ManorCare Health Services, Muhlenberg Township.

He was the husband of Margaret C. (Demko) Pasko, whom he married July 5, 1947.

Born in Reading, PA on March 12, 1923, he was a son of the late Peter and Josephine (Patchhofsky) Pasko.

Joseph attended Reading High School.

He was a machinist his entire working career at Rockwell International, Wyomissing, before retiring in 1985.

Joseph was a Navy Veteran of WWII.

He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.

Joseph was a life member of the Polish Falcons.

He loved to golf and would do so everyday at Pleasant Hills Golf Course.  He has 5 Holes-in-ones.

Joseph was the father of three children: Joan L. Carroll (1947-2005), Donna J. Pasko of Cumru Township and Joseph S. Pasko of Lititz, Lancaster County.

He was a loving grandfather to four grandchildren: Gregory P. Lucus, Jr., husband of Colleen of Raleigh, NC; Alecia A. Lucus of Spring Township; Nathan J. Pasko of Lancaster and Luke N. Pasko of Philadelphia.

There are also two great grandchildren: Julia M. Lucas and Cole G. Lucas, both of Raleigh, NC.

Joseph was predeceased by two brothers: John T. Pasko and Bernard F. Pasko.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, at 11:00 am in Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, 3121 Kutztown Road, Hyde Park.

A viewing will be held Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.

Burial with Military Honors will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
