Mary Irene (Kochel) Brown

Mary Irene Brown, 80, of Muhlenberg Township, died July 30, 2018 at Penn State Health – St. Joseph.

She was the widow of Stanley Albright Brown, Sr. who died November 26, 2014.

Born August 7, 1937 in Wernersville, she was a daughter of the late Henry Eugene and Irene Viola (Kupp) Kochel.

Mary was a 1956 graduate of Exeter High School.

She was employed with Dulin Country Hams for a number of years, retiring in 2002.

Surviving is her brother, Richard T., Sr., husband of Judy D. Kochel of Reading and her two stepsons, Stanley A. Brown, Jr. of Muhlenberg Township and Stephen Brown of Birdsboro, and a stepdaughter, Stephanie Notarthomas and eight step grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene R. Kochel and Henry W. Kochel.

Graveside services will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
