Una Ann Godshall

Una Ann Godshall, 83, of Oley, passed away June 14, 2018 at her residence with her loving family at her side.

She was the widow of Richard Floyd Godshall.

Born August 22, 1934, in West Point, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Grater Wambold and Lydia Lurene (Quinn) Wambold.

A graduate of Souderton High School, Una worked for many years as a secretary at the Wambold Brothers Garage. She later worked as a bus driver for the Souderton Area School District.

An active woman of the community, Una enjoyed dancing and her trips to the casinos and dinner theaters. She was a member of the Pikeville Sportsman’s Association, the Gabelsville Athletic Association, West Lawn Golden Agers, the Pennsburg Golden Agers, the Oley Senior Citizens, the Salem UCC Women's Guild, and the Red Hatters Organization. Una was a member of Salem UCC and UCC of Kulpsville, and she sang in their choirs. During Election Day she volunteered at the polls.

Surviving are her four children: Lou Ann, wife of Donald J. Pisker, Jr. of Oley, R. Cary Godshall of West Salem, OH, Arden R. Godshall, husband of Deborah, of Sellersville, PA, and Brian G. Godshall of New Jersey.

Also surviving are her grandchildren, Matthew, Luke, John, Katherine, James, Eric, Jessica, Christine, Devan, Brandon, Regan, and Chelsi. Una is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Wednesday June 20th from 6--8 pm at the Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley. A second viewing will be held Thursday from 9--10am at Salem United Church of Christ, 307 Covered Bridge Road, Oley, PA 19547.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday June 21th at 10 am at  Salem UCC, 307 Covered Bridge Road, with Rev. Robert A. Witmyer officiating.

Burial will follow in Christ Covenant Church Cemetery, Kulpsville.
