Angel Antonio Olivencia Jr.

Angel Antonio Olivencia Jr., passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, July 27, 2025. 

Born November 5, 1967, he was the son of Angel Olivencia Sr. and Miguelina (Mickey) Rodriguez. 

He was the loving husband of Danielle (Beavens) Olivencia whom he married on September 2, 2023.

Angel was a 1985 graduate of Reading High School. Later in life Angel went to trade school where he learned to become a master electrician. He worked as an electrician for Ontelaunee Farms for 23 years. Outside of work Angel had a strong passion for motorcycles, especially his Harleys. In his free time he enjoyed camping, smoking meats, listening to music, and tending to his vegetable garden. What brought him the most joy was playing with his grandchildren. 

He was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Ashley Olivencia, and is survived by one son, Kodi Olivencia. 

Four step-children are surviving: Brianna (Schell) Snyder, wife of Chris of Shoemakersville; Kaitlyn Schell, wife of Ciara Mercado of North Myrtle Beach; and Mason Schell of Mohnton.

Surviving are also seven grandchildren: Aliannah Olivencia; Bentlee Snyder; Anthony Olivencia; Jagger Snyder; Kenidee (Sissy) Snyder; Cooper Snyder; Everlee Snyder. 

Also surviving are two half-sisters, Tracy Olivencia Shaffer, and Angie Kerns. 

Angel is survived by his best friend and loving dog, Koko Olivencia. 

A viewing will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Laureldale. A service will follow directly after at the same location. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Veterans Adaptive Motorcycle Program.
