Obituary

Atville A. Hawk, 78, of Pike Township, died May 19, 2022 at Penn State Health – St. Joseph, Bern Township.

Born, March 10, 1944, in West Reading, he was a son of the late James A. and Thelma V. (Shade) Hawk.

Atville was a 1961 graduate of Oley Valley High School.

He was employed with Bally Case and Cooler, Bally for over 40 years.

Atville was a member of St. Joseph Hill Lutheran Church, Pike Township.

He enjoyed collecting stamps and supporting his local community as well as various children’s hospitals.

Surviving is his brother, Allen James Hawk of Pike Township, and his niece, Darlene Wright of Reading.

Services will be announced at a later date.
