Barbara Albert, of Fleetwood, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Reading Hospital.
She was the widow of James Harold Hamilton.
Born August 21,1952, in Wayne, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Hale and Jean (Scott) Hale.
Barbara has been employed by the US Postal service as a postal worker for her entire career. In her earlier years she loved to go Skydiving and spending vacations cruising to Bermuda and Aruba. In her free time she enjoyed watching television, especially westerns, reading, and completing word searches. Barbara was also an avid supporter of the American Legion and VFW Post 411 in Birdsboro. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 411 and was also a member of Neversink Rod & Gun Club.
Surviving is one child Kristen Mayer, widow of Steven Nelson of Fleetwood and one granddaughter, Brittany Bachman, fiancée of Gary Werley of Fleetwood.
Also surviving are two great grandchildren, Oliver Werley, and Odin Werley.
Barbara leaves behind three siblings: Robert Hale; Steven Hale; and Thomas Hale.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
