Cynthia Lou Curry, 67, died February 5, 2025 in her Spring Township residence, with her loving husband by her side.
She was the wife of Gary D. Curry, who she married on April 16, 1977.
Born April 9, 1957, in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Ernest Guy and Miriam Estella (Hetrick) Bleistein.
Cindy was a 1975 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School.
She was employed in the cafeteria of Dana Corp for 10 years, and subsequently, at Godiva Chocolatier for 15 years, where she worked as a candy packer. She ended her career working part-time with JoAnn Fabrics.
Cindy enjoyed sewing, quilting, and doing paint-by-diamonds. She also enjoyed growing flowers in her garden.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her three children: Michele L. Curry of Jonestown, Melissa A. Palmer of Windsor Mill, MD, and Michael D. Curry of Frederick, MD.
Also surviving are her four grandchildren: Ashley and Bryan Esterly, Macala Strunk, and Damien Palmer.
Cindy was preceded in death by her two siblings: Bonnie Bleistein and Ralph Bleistein.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 11 a.m., at West Wyomissing Chapel, 2055 Reading Blvd., Reading, PA 19609.
