David Carl Rothenberger, Sr., 66 of Lessport, passed away February 9, 2021 in the Mifflin Center, Shillington. He was the companion of Kathy Luckenbill of Leesport.

Born September 16, 1954 in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Eugene Carl and Clara Mae Rothenberger.

David was a graduate of Oley High School. He was employed for many years by Tray Pak.

He loved " the bungalow", along with fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his children: David Rothenberger Jr., Shillington; Bradley, husband of Melissa Rothenberger; Michael, husband of Karen Rothenberger and Matthew Rothenberger, and his companion Summer Himmelreich of Pottsville.

Also surviving are his grandchildren: Lauren, Kylie, Kolby, Austin, Mason, Serenity, Axel and a great grandson Avery.

In addition are his siblings: Gary and Gordon Rothenberger.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Stacy and his grandson Tyler.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
