Dino Grosso

Dino Grosso, 78, died May 12, 2024 in his Muhlenberg Township residence.

He was married October 8, 1977 to Christine Ann (Kline) Grosso.

Born in Spadafora, Messina, Sicily, Italy on August 21, 1945, he was a son of the late Martino and Lucia (Giordano) Grosso.

Dino was a mushroom grower most of his life.

He later opened and ran Dino's Sandwich Shop, 13th & Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, for 20 years.

Dino loved going to the casino and playing cards.

He is also survived by three sons: Martin Dino Grosso; Michael Derek Grosso; and Matthew Daniel Grosso all of Muhlenberg Township.

Dino was predeceased by a son, Mark David Grosso 4/29/1982 - 5/16/2016.

He was the proud grandfather of four grandchildren: Ayden Ramos of Florida, Olyvia Grosso of Ephrata, Brayden Grosso of Ephrata, and Mia Grosso of Muhlenberg Township.

Dino was also predeceased by two brothers: Salvatore Grosso and Giuseppe Grosso.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, May 26th at 3-6 p.m. at Legends Live, 2545 N. 5th Street, Highway, Reading, PA 19605.
