Elaine R. (Siegfried) Sensenig

Elaine Ruth Sensenig, 78, died January 4, 2026 in her Muhlenberg Township residence, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the devoted wife of Barry Lee Sensenig, with whom she shared almost 57 years of marriage.

Born September 2, 1947, in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Paul J. and Grace H.  (Lamp) Siegfried.

Elaine was a 1965 graduate of Kutztown High School.

As a cosmetologist, Elaine enjoyed doing hair at her salon in Kutztown for a number of years.  She was then employed as a lab technician for Siliker Labs, Sinking Spring for over 10 years, until her retirement.  

A world traveler, Elaine loved exploring new places in different parts of the world.

She was the mother of Christi, wife of Bradley Weitzel of Laureldale and Jeff, husband of Rebekah Sensenig of Yorktown, VA.

Elaine was the proud Nana of five grandchildren: Tiffany Weitzel, Samantha Weitzel, Luke Sensenig, Nathan Sensenig, and Benjamin Sensenig.

She was the sister of: the late George Siegfried, Marlene Seidel, Paul Siegfried, Jr., Diane Schuler, and Dale Siegfried.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice, in Elaine’s name.
