Gloria A. (Guldin) Ludwikowski

Gloria Arlene “Dolly” Ludwikowski, 96, of Laureldale, died February 23, 2026 at Laureldale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was the widow of Joseph Jay Ludwikowski, who died in 1979.  

Born November 20, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Edward Allen and Lilian Mae (Howard) Guldin. She lived on Bellevue Avenue almost her entire life.

Gloria was employed as a teletype operator with Carpenter Technology for 38 years, retiring in 1990.  After retirement, she was always on the go.  She enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney World and Europe.

She was a lover of all things chocolate, especially chocolate chip cookies, which she always had with coffee.  She also loved her diet decaf iced tea from Turkey Hill.  

One of her favorite pastimes was doing word searches.

She is survived by her five nieces and one nephew.

Gloria was preceded in death by her three siblings: Richard M. Brown, Warren E. Guldin, and Doris J. (Guldin) Krick..

Services will be held Thursday, March 5th at 11 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.  A viewing will be held for one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
