Jane Phillipson

Jane I. Phillipson, 93, died of natural causes, April 9, 2025, in her residence in Temple.

She was the widow of Charles E. Phillipson, who died July 1998.

Born February 17, 1932 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Julia (Kadnar) Linsanbigler.

Jane was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1949.

She was a member of Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Hyde Park.

In addition to being a fulltime mother and homemaker, she was also the manager of a local Turkey Hill Minit Market.

She loved reading, taking trips with her friend Rita, and enjoying time in the garden.

Jane is survived by two daughters, Kathy Highley and Eileen Phillipson, son David Phillipson, granddaughter Alanna Highley, and great-grandson Tyler Hare.

A Prayer Service will be held Thursday, April 17th at 11 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held from 10-11. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
