Jeff LeRoy Wolf, 57, died May 23, 2026 at Tower Health – Reading Hospital, West Reading.
Born April 29, 1969, in Reading, he was the son of the late Jack LeRoy and Linda Elizabeth (Moll) Wolf.
Jeff lived in a group home setting through Pro-Berco for over 40 years, last residing at Butternut Lane. He attended the Pro-Berco workshop program for 27 years.
He competed in the special Olympics and made it to the World Olympics, where he competed in rollerskating.
Jeff loved to bowl, play basketball, Harley Davidsons, and going to the beach, but he was most happy spending time with his family.
He was an avid Penn State, Phillies, and Eagles fan.
Jeff was a brother to Melissa K., wife of Michael A. Fox, Jr. of Sinking Spring and Wendy A., wife of Terry A. Reber of Milton, DE.
He was an uncle to Megan, wife of Brad Shirey; Jason, husband of Devon Reber; and Cortney Pelker; and a great uncle to six.
A visitation to celebrate Jeff’s life will be held Thursday evening from 5-8 p.m., with a time of sharing from 7:30-8 p.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Please wear your favorite Penn State, Phillies or Eagles shirt, as they were Jeff’s favorite teams. Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
