Joan S. Grow

Joan S. Grow, 86, died June 27, 2020 in her Pike Township residence.

She was the widow of John H. Grow, Jr. who died in February.

Born, May 5, 1934, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Milton
S. and Marion (Stevenson) Sloan.

Joan was a graduate of Lower Merion High School, Narbeth,PA. 

She was employed as a teacher’s aide with Oley Elementary School for 23
years.

Joan was a member of Church of St. Alban Roxborough, Philadelphia.

Surviving are her two daughters: Maryellen Wynne of Oley and Dianne G.
Comly of Philadelphia.

There are also three grandchildren: Erin McLaughlin, Timothy Comly, and
Shawn Wynne; and four great grandchildren, Teagan McLaughlin, Kade
McLaughlin, Quinn McLaughlin and Fallon Comly.

A viewing will be held Thursday, July 2nd from 9-11 a.m. at Stitzel Family
Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley.  Burial will be at
Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd.
