Karen Wallace Obituary

Karen Lee Wallace, 76, of South Heidelberg Township, died October 11, 2021 in Tower Health / Reading Hospital.

Born July 20, 1945 in West Reading, PA., she was a daughter of the late Albert Ross Wallace Jr., and Louise Lauretta (King) Wallace.

She was a Reading High School graduate and also graduated from Columbia State University, where she received her bachelors and masters degrees.

Karen was employed several years as a customer service manager with Lakeland Industries, South Heidelberg Township until her retirement.

She is survived by seven siblings: Mary Sue, wife of Louis Balducci of Wind Gap., Northampton County; David E., husband of Carol Wallace of Sinking Spring; Judith A., wife of Robert Kulp of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Michael R., husband of Lisa Wallace of New Haven, Indiana; Deborah D., wife of Joseph Lenart of Spring Township; Douglas B., husband of Daphne Wallace of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; and Rebecca M., wife of Kenneth Stark of Spencerville, Indiana.

Karen was predeceased by a sister, Diana K. Adams (1940-2003).

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

At Karen’s request, there will be no services.
