Kathleen J. Patton

Kathleen J. Patton, 74, died October 12, 2023 in her Bern Township residence.

Born September 16, 1949, in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. Patton and Virginia I. (Bukowski) Patton-Fisher.

She was a 1967 graduate of Central Catholic High School and a 1970 graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing.  Subsequently, she went on to earn her B.S. from St. Joseph College, Windham, ME in 1989.

Kathleen was employed as a registered nurse from 1970-1980 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and from 1980-1992 at St. St. Joseph Hospital, Reading, where she was department head of Maternal-Child Health.

She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C. Church, Exeter Township.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
