Lemoine Daniel Keiper, Jr.

Lemoine Daniel Keiper, Jr., 99, formerly of Laureldale, died November 17, 2023 in Mennonite Home Communities, Manheim Township, Lancaster County.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Mildred L. (Royal) Keiper and by his second wife, Mary Alice (Dietz) Keiper.

Born September 22, 1924, in Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, Lehigh County, he was a son of the late Lemoine D. Keiper Sr., and Clara E. (Melcher) Keiper.

Lemoine was a 1942 graduate of Allentown High School.

He was a United States WWII Army Veteran.

Lemoine was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

He was employed with AT&T, Muhlenberg Township for 38 years, retiring as a supervisor in 1985.

Lemoine is survived by three children: Lemoine D. Keiper III (Sarah), Marilyn A. Ney (David), Randy A. Miller (Rae).

He was the proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Lemoine is also survived by a sister, Norma E. Buritsch and sister-in-law, Betty R. Ruth.

He was predeceased by a sister, Verna E. Both.

Services will be held privately.

Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
