Linda Ann (Carr) Pugliese

Linda Ann (Carr) Pugliese, 75, died October 9 2023 in her Muhlenberg Township residence, with her loving husband by her side. 

She was the wife of Anthony P. Pugliese, with whom she shared almost 57 years of marriage.

Born October 2, 1948, in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Steven E. and Eleanor N. (Gajewski) Carr.

Linda was a 1966 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.

She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Reading Hospital for 15 years. 

Surviving, in addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children: Todd A., husband of Nancy Pugliese of Muhlenberg Township and Tammy L., wife of Harold Schenk of Rehoboth, DE.

There are also four grandchildren: Samantha Besser, Amanda Schenk, Alexis Pugliese and Ashley Schenk.

In addition, she is survived by her brother, Steven Carr.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
