Mahlon "Snooky" Wagenhurst, Jr.

Mahlon C. "Snooky" Wagenhurst, Jr., 74 of Oley passed away January 8, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of Carol (Dragan) Wagenhurst. 

Born November 21, 1947 in Pricetown, PA, he was the son of the late Mahlon C. and Blanche D. Scheidt Wagenhurst, Sr.

Snooky worked as a contractor for Eastern Industries for 25 years retiring in 2007.

He was a member of Pricetown Lutheran Church.

Snooky was a Nascar enthusiast and loved Dale Earnhardt, the Dallas Cowboys, the mountains, fishing, the quarry. His favorite saying was "watch what I say". He will be known for being a "helicopter pilot".

He was always loving and happy and was always proud of his daughters, they were the light of his life.

Surviving are his wife, his children; Jennifer Wagenhurst and her significant other Dennis Herman  of Oley; Tina L.., wife of Clayton Snyder of Fleetwood, step sons: Jeff J. Dragan of West Lawn and David W. Dragan of Reading, step daughter: Christine L. Dragan of Philadelphia.
Also surviving are his grandchildren: Calvin Manzolillo, Jade Wagenhurst and Zander Herman . 
Siblings: Dennis Wagenhurst of Kutztown, David, husband of Kathy Wagenhurst of Ruscombmanor Township,  Joanne Dickle of Lancaster, Susan, wife of Rick Moore of Fleetwood and Kerry Wagenhurst of Exeter Township.

In addition are his 2 ex wifes: Barbara Wagenhurst of Reading and Carol Morgan of Wernersville.
He was preceded in death by his sister Donna Wineman. 

A celebration of life will be held at 2pm on Sunday January 16, 2022 at Pike Township Sportsmen's Association, 860 Hill Church Rd, Oley, PA 19547.
