Martin Polansky Obituary

Martin James Polansky, 82 of Pike Township passed away October 13, 2021 in the Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Margie Mamie (Schatz) Polansky and they were married for 49 years.

Born in Coaldale, PA, he was the son of the late Martin and Agnes (Hyland) Polansky.

Martin was a graduate of Coaldale High School and was employed by Agere as a pipe fitter for many years.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

Martin was a long time volunteer at Hawk Mountain.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his son: Peter I., husband of Wren Polansky of Encinitas, CA and two grandsons: Asa and Cedar Polansky also of Encinitas, CA.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
