Maura P. (Rose) Reider

Maura Patricia (Rose) Reider, 64, died November 17, 2022 in her Exeter Township residence.

She was the widow of Larry Lee Reider who died January 12, 2011.

Born May 29, 1958, in Queens, NY, she was a daughter of the late Thomas M. and Joan P. (Caulfield) Rose. 

Maura was a 1976 graduate of Wyomissing High School.  She was also a graduate of Penn State University - Berks Campus, where she earned an associate’s degree.

A devoted mother and grandmother, her favorite hobby was supporting her children and grandchildren in their various activities and sporting events.

Surviving are her two sons: John W. Reider of Exeter Township and Jesse J. Reider, fiance of Lindsay Rinard of Marietta, Lancaster County; and her two grandchildren, Hank and Loretta Reider.

Other survivors include her four siblings: Erin Cusati of Wyomissing, Kerry Stubblebine of Exeter Township, Patrick Rose of Reading and Michael Rose of Oregon.

Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley.  A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Frieden’s Cemetery, Oley.
