Michael Ray Wartzenluft, 58, of Reading, died October 8, 2025, at Tower Health - Reading Hospital.
Born September 22, 1967, in West Reading, he was a son of Judy L. (Moyer) Wartzenluft of Hyde Park and the late Leonard R. Wartzenluft.
He was the loving husband of Jill Dryden.
Michael was a 1986 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
Mike spent most of his career as a mechanic and, most recently, worked as a small motor repairman at Fisher Rentals in Reading.
He loved spending time in his garage with his son, Steven, working on his C10 truck, spending time with his dog Daisy, and smoking meats for his family.
Mike was the loving father of Steven M. Wartzenluft, husband of Ashlee of York. And stepfather to Nate Macri, husband of Stephanie of Reading, and Kirstin Prussman, wife of Jacob of
Reading.
Mike was a loved grandfather (Pocky) to his grandchildren, Kailen, Jason, Mason, Mila, and the late Jaxon Prussman.
He was a brother to Scott A. Wartzenluft, partner of Ellen of Exeter Township; Todd E. Wartzenluft, husband of Terri of Temple; and Thomas S. Wartzenluft, husband of Jena of Oley.
Services will be held at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road,
Laureldale, on Monday, October 13th at 2 p.m. A visitation will be held from 12:30-2 p.m.
