Patricia A. (Greth) Williams

Patricia Ann (Greth) Williams, 86, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away May 3, 2025 at Reading Hospital, West Reading.

She was the widow of Ellis J. Williams who died in 2023.

Born October 20, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Jeanette Greth.  She was raised by Paul and Catherine Fritchie.

Patricia was a 1956 graduate of Reading High School.

She was employed by David Crystal for 20 years.

Patricia was an avid reader and loved to travel – one of her favorite places to visit was Nashville, TN.  She had a large interest in Native American Indians and was a huge Willie Nelson fan.

Surviving are her three sons: Daniel P. Williams, Sr., husband of Christine L. of Muhlenberg Township; John E. Williams, longtime partner of Brenda Mallette, of New Oxford, PA; and David M. Williams of Muhlenberg Township.

Also surviving is her grandson, Daniel P. Williams, Jr. and her step grandchildren, Kristin Yost, wife of Jason, and Logan Daiello; and her great grandchildren, Connor Shaffer, Elana Cassel and Payton Williams.

In addition, Patricia is survived by her sisters, Nancy Fuhr of Philadelphia and Debbie Bender of Fleetwood, and her two brothers, James Greth of Exeter Township and Jeffrey Greth of Temple.

She was preceded in death by her brother Gerald Greth, husband of Geneva of West Lawn, and by her sister, Susan Blanford.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
