Richard Elmer Phillips, 88, of Blandon, passed away January 13, 2024 in his daughter's Maidencreek Township home.
He was the husband of the late Thelma L. (Behm) Phillips, who passed away in 2021.
Born December 28, 1935 in Spring Township, PA, he was the son of the late Herbert and Marguerite (Filbert) Phillips.
Richard was employed by Schuler Machine Corporation, before retiring in 1999.
He proudly served his county in the Pennsylvania Air Force National Guard.
Surviving are his three children: Ricky T. Phillips, husband of Tina of Maidencreek Township; Lisa A. Reynolds of Maidencreek Township. and Patty R. Phillips, partner of Fabian Navarro of Pleasant Hill, MO.
Other survivors include his eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister: Betty Rothenberger.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
