Rose DiBenedetto Obituary

Rose Marie DiBenedetto, 93, of Fleetwood passed away October 16, 2021 in the Reading Hospital. She was the widow of former Reading council member Ronald
Eugene DiBenedetto, who passed away in 2002.

Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Constantino) Sottasanti.

Rose was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Reading and a Spartaco member.

She loved to cook, trips to Atlantic City where she loved to play slots. She also loved bingo and watching the Philadelphia Phillies.

Surviving are her two sons: Ronald J, husband of Cynthia A. (Skrocki) DiBenedetto of Reading and Anthony J., husband of Kathy (Frees) DiBenedetto of Blandon.

Also surviving are her grandchildren: Ronald "RJ" DiBenedetto, Jr., Danielle L., wife of Dylan King and Michael A. DiBenedetto. In addition are her 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Stella Tillman, James Sottasanti and Anthony Sottasanti.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
