Ruth Elaine Marburger, 75, of Pike Township, died June 20, 2026, at Tower Health - Reading Hospital, West Reading.
She was the wife of Stanley Willard Marburger, whom she married June 27, 1970.
Born January 7, 1951, in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Conrad Wilson and Mary (Prutzman) Sittler.
Ruth was a 1968 graduate of Oley Valley High School.
She was employed as a food preparer with Houck's Catering Service, Boyertown for over 20 years, and retired from Tarsus, Fleetwood in 2016.
Ruth was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Spangsville.
She was always there for those she loved and happy to lend a helping hand.
Ruth loved watching wrestling, took pride in taking care of her home, and enjoyed collecting dolls. She was a big R.E.M. fan and loved German Shepherds.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, is her daughter, Michele A. Marburger of Pike Township and her sister, Anna Mae Kline of Allentown.
Ruth was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lynn Marburger who was stillborn, and three siblings, Robert W. Sittler, Doris M. Bowers, and Mary Elln Rush.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
