Warren Bowman Jr. Obituary

Warren Leo Bowman Jr., 81, of Laureldale, passed away Wednesday, April 22. 2026, at Fairlane Gardens at Reading Nursing Home.

Born July 25, 1944, in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Warren Bowman Sr. and Eleanor (Berger) Bowman.

Warren was a 1963 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

In Warren’s free time he loved to enjoy applying his math skills wherever applicable and smoking his pipe. He also enjoyed old mystery movies, especially Sherlock Holmes.

Surviving are two brothers, Barry Bowman of Leesport, and Kevin Bowman of Cumru Township. He is also survived by his half brother, Harry Berger, husband of Patsy (Snyder) of Wernersville.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Laureldale, is in charge of arrangements.
