Xavier Anthony “X” Cifredo, 21, of Exeter Township, died March 25, 2025 in Ruscombmanor Township, as a result of an automobile accident.
Born February 3, 2004, in West Reading, he was the son of Angela L. Sekel, fiancée of Gregory Rosado of Temple and Michael A. Cifredo, husband of Catherine of Shillington.
Xavier was the fiancé of Sophia Emily Hernandez.
He was a 2022 graduate of Berks Catholic High School, where he played football.. He furthered his education at Universal Technical Institute, Exton, where he earned a certificate in welding.
Xavier was employed as a welder with East Penn Manufacturing, Longswamp Township, where he worked for the past year. X loved welding.
A true outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing. He was also a car enthusiast.
X loved his two dogs, Nina and Nash, and they will miss him.
Surviving, in addition to his parents and fiancée, are his two sisters, Dejalyn M. Sekel of Temple and Kianna Yarelys Cifredo of Shillington.
Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, John D. and Lucille Sekel of Shillington, and his paternal grandparents, Hector L. and Ana L. Carrillo of Lakeland, FL.
He will also be sadly missed by his extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A viewing will be held at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 1pm to 4pm, with a service beginning at 4 pm.
