Jessica Suzanne DeDeo

Jessica “Jess” Suzanne DeDeo, 31, of Spring Township, passed away June 13, 2015 at Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Abbington, PA on July 25, 1983, she was the daughter of Leilani Remick of Spring Township and the late Dale DeDeo.

Jessica was a 2001 graduate of Hatboro-Horsham High School.  She attended Reading Area Community College, where she studied creative writing and recently received an award for her writing.

She was employed as a web designer for Bilco Safety Products Inc. Sinking Spring.  Prior to that Jess worked in retail sales.

Jess lived life to the fullest; she enjoyed music and dancing, and would share her love through her website, "Da Dancing with DeDeo," where she would post new dance moves every month. She even tried stand up comedy on open mic night.

In addition to her mother, Jessica is survived by her maternal grandmother, Suzanne Ippolito, and her husband, Robert of Wyomissing; her sister, Ashley Zeak of New Castle, DE and her brother, Jerry Carruthers of Philadelphia, PA,  her uncle Stephen Ippolito and her aunt Rachel Remick and she was predeceased by her uncle Andrew Remick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola R. C. Church, 2810 St. Alban's Dr.,
Sinking Spring (Whitfield), PA 19608.   A viewing will be held prior to the mass from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the church. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
